奥坎集团, led by Turkish Billionaire Bekir Okan, has announced plans for its self-funded, 3亿美元, 70-story condo and hotel tower that will be situated in the epicenter of 迈阿密市区.

奥坎集团 has just launched sales for this tower offering competitive pricing so that the units will be appealing to foreign investors looking for a good value proposition in Miami. These competitively-priced units will start at $318,500 (condo-hotel units) with an average price-per-square-foot at $695. Groundbreaking is scheduled for the fall of 2018.

The condo-hotel units at 奥坎塔 will be situated on the 36th – 50th floors offering studios, 搜房网上, 一卧室+书房 and 2居室 units ranging in size from 447 square feet to 1,245平方英尺. These units will be managed by Hilton Bayfront and offered turnkey with prices start at $318,500.
